The collection showcased all deep and pastel hues of winters with some lighter moments in sweet floral prints in whites in some of the short dresses. The look was kept to minimalistic with models wearing hardly any makeup and the dresses were accessorised with just some winter fur shoulders and jackets in nets.

The Indian binge for shimmer was well kept in mind with some commendable designs in net jackets in shades of black and some glamorous winter couture gowns.I liked the idea of floral belts and thread embroidery on dresses was simply wow.

Varun’s show backdrop was a tropical forest and which also happens to be his inspiration for the collection. He says the collection is for everyday wear for every woman who wants to stay fashionably stylish yet comfortable. The shades ranged from whites, blacks, beige, gold, vintage rose and deep greens.
GFS stars the show at 6.5 on a scale of 10.
