Jake Gyllenhaal’s upcoming movie, Demolition, directed by Jean-Marc Vallée, is a drama film all set to release this April 8th, 2016. Written by Bryan Sipe, the movie is a story of a successful investment banker, who starts searching for a fresh perspective towards life after his wife’s death. The movie majorly runs in first person account, in the form of letters that Davis, played by Jake, writes to a vending machine company and soon forms a series of letters, even including his personal reminiscences. Karen, played by Naomi Watts, is the customer service rep who comes across the letters and decides to take a step forward despite her own problems. The movie moves around the life that Davis once had and is all set to demolish to start afresh; also starring Chris Cooper as Phil, Davis’ Father-in-law and Judah Lewis as Chris, Karen’s son, who develops a warm bonding with Davis.
