Dhanak, directed by Nagesh Kukunoor is the latest movie from this maverick’s kitty of films. Known for making extraordinary films, Kukunoor’s forte lies in the way he treats his scripts, edits and screenplay. Although the theme for Dhanak is not new, the storyline, dialogues and overall approach seems to be quite interesting. A small girl from a remote village writes to superstar Shahrukh Khan asking him to help his little brother for his eye surgery that will get his sight back; the story of little Pari and her brother Chhotu! Starring Hetal Gada, Krrish Chhabria, the movie comes under the Banner of Drishyam Films and is Produced by Manish Mundra, Nagesh Kukunoor and Elahé Hiptoola. Dhanak was also the winner of many awards at the Berlin Film Festival and will be released in India on 10 June, 2016.
