The Revenant, as the meaning goes, is someone who comes back from the dead. Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Will Poulter and Domhnall Gleeson, the movie is based on Michael Punke’s novel, The Revenant, set in Circa 1800, the story of a frontiersman Hugh Glass, who is abandoned by his confidants after they fear him to be dead due to a grizzly bear attack. The movie has already had an exclusive preview on Dec 25 in the US and is all set to be released on 8th January 2016. A tale of revenge, determination and voracious emotions.
