Global Fashion Street bring you Wazir Movie Review.Life doesn’t give you a second chance but chess does; Wazir, from the house of Vidhu Vinod Chopra, is yet another powerful screenplay, a thrilling murder mystery combined with a tornado of emotional drama, starring Amitabh Bachhan and Farhan Akhtar along with Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead roles and Directed by Bejoy Nambiar.
In the fight to curb terrorism, we forget how the force that fights it back for the entire nation is always at the receiving end; Wazir is the story of a police officer, Danish, who is driven by the sense of duty and personal vendetta against the corrupt office bearers, and how he is used as a pawn by the victimised handicapped father of a girl killed by the same politician. Onkar Nath Dhar, referred to as Pundit ji, is the brain behind the vengeance.
The Film moves fast enough to capture the interest yet is predictable at some places but offers some surprise packages in terms of action scenes and dialogues. Farhan Akhtar, who plays Danish, the suspended police officer, has proved out to be an extremely fine actor along with some muscle power that he flaunts; it seems some magic has rubbed out from the presence of the original angry young man of Bollywood.
Amitabh Bachhan, as always is classic. Be it his acting or eccentricities during role potryal, he has the charm to make it look unique anyways. The song ‘Atrangi Yaari’ sung by Amitabh Bachachan and Farhan Akhtar also has Akhtar accompanying him with guitar and is amusing enough to watch. Altogether the music of the movie is certainly hummable.
Aditi Rao Hydari, even through a little role leaves a mark, thanks to those heavenly looks. The cameos played by John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh are interesting characters for the storyline and worth a mention.
The start of 2016 for Bollywood looks promising enough, watch the movie for a good story.
