We tell you how to make a sumptuous, tasty and interesting salad in three different dressings, just the way you would feel pepped up.
Most ingredients are the base vegetables/fruits we have for our everyday cooking. And in case, there’s a miss in your list, we can always work out options for you. So, here’s a mouth watering green salad that will not only keep you active but also elevate your happiness quotient.
What you need:
Sweet corn boiled
The real taste of a salad is in its dressing! Fat free or zero cholesterol, take your pick…
Mayo dressing: a teaspoon of mayo, a teaspoon of tomato sauce, black pepper oregano and some half a teaspoon butter. Whip it well and toss over the salad.
Olive dressing: crush two cloves of garlic; add a teaspoon of olive oil, some black pepper, half a teaspoon lemon juice and salt to taste. Whisk it well and pour over the salad.
Oil free dressing: 50 gm or a handful of coriander leaves, 50 gm or a handful of mint leaves, one teaspoon lemon juice. Grind it in the mixie and pur over the salad. Toss it well and let it seep in for the flavor for about a minute.
