1. Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

The Ingredients
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Spicy brown Mustard
• salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk together OR If using a jar then close and shake.
Place it in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours minimum.

This low-fat yogurt mint dressing is ideal for sprout salads, pasta salads, sandwiches, wraps and can be used as dip.

You can be creative with your dressings by mixing the combinations with
• Oils (Avocado oil, Virgin Olive oil, sesame oil),
• Citrus liquids/ Vinegar (balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice etc.)
