Your 10 minutes breakfast recipe
There is nothing like cooking a nice hot breakfast for your wife for a happier Sunday!
And for a lazy Sunday morning when you are just not in the mood to cook lavish, here’s the deal. A ten minute simplified breakfast option sumptuous enough to satiate the morning hunger and healthy at the same time. Home cooked and nothing frozen!
What you need (ingredients)
Corn flour 2-3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Vegetable/Soya/ Sunflower Oil for frying
How to go about (recipe)
Peel and slice the potatoes and apple and keep separately (Slice them thin and long)
Put potatoes in a bowl/dish for preparation. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and oregano as per your taste, mix them well.
Sprinkle corn flour ( 1-2 tablespoon) just enough to cover them; not creating a heap at all!
Mix it all well, it should feel slightly dry in hands.
Heat the oil and slide the covered potatoes for deep frying.
Let it fry for good five minutes or till golden brown.
Sieve through and put it aside.
Take your platter, serve potatoes on one side and apples slices topped with pistachios on the other. Use a dip of your choice or if laziness still sticks around- throw in some tomato sauce!
