With the season transitioning into winters, it’s the time for getting together and celebrating. So, this time I bring you some quick yet simple recipes to rustle up some great cocktails and flaunt the connoisseur in you.

Easy Cocktails That Add Fizz to Your Party || (L) Bazooka (R) Tequila Sunrise

These are some great cocktails to add sparkle to your fun evenings. Best part is they are not common thus bringing some exclusivity to the otherwise bar routine options. Some ingredients are not readily available at home so you might have to plan it before in case you want it on the menu for an upcoming party.

Tequila Sunrise

What you need

60Ml Tequila

120ml Orange Juice

15ml Grenadine Syrup

How to go ahead

Take a Pilsner glass, throw in some ice cubes (3-5) then pour orange juice and grenadine syrup. Gently float tequila on top. You could garnish it with a thin slice of orange or Kinnow and cherry and slide in a straw alongwith. 

Bazooka

What you need

30ml White Rum

30ml dark rum

A dash of Tabasco

A dash of Angostura bitters

Limca

How to go ahead

Fill a pilsner glass with ice cubes and three to four slices of lemon. Pour in white rum and Limca. Spice it up with a dash of Tabasco. Top it up with dark rum and drop of Angostura bitters. Serve with a straw and stirrer

Blue Lagoon

What you need

45ml Vodka

15ml Blue Curacao

10ml Lemon Juice

Lemonade

How to go ahead

Put three to five cubes of ice in a Pilsner glass. Pour vodka and lemon juice in it. Top it up with lemonade. Then pour in blue curacao. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry. Add a straw.

Flaming BJ

What you need

20ml Kahlua

20ml Baileys

20ml Vodka

How to go ahead

Pour Kahlua into a shot glass. Slide in some Baileys using bar spoon (to avoid spilling). Top it up with vodka. Serve the layered drink flambéed.
