In a separate container brew a cup of Green Tea (either brewing Green Tea leaves for 2-3 minutes or using Green Tea bags). Pour the Green Tea in the mixture and blend it on a high temperature. Your healthy Green Tea smoothie is ready! Pour it in a glass and gulp down for instant energy.

Boil 500 ml of water in a medium saucepan and add some curry leaves, mint leaves, basil leaves, coriander leaves, ½ tsp of ginger and ½ tsp of chilly. Stir it well. Sieve it in a bowl and dip 1 tea bag of Gaia Green Tea. Add some boiled vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms or whatever you prefer).
